When can I expect to receive my order?

Our standard ground orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days.

Following the processing period, you can anticipate your package's arrival within 3-7 business days from the processing date. Items are shipped via UPS Ground, estimated to take 5-7 business days for our domestic USA customers.

Please be aware that once our carrier picks up and scans your package, the shipping and delivery status are no longer under our control. We regret that we cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time. For such concerns, kindly reach out directly to the courier.

It is crucial for our customers to ensure the accuracy and safety of the provided shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for inaccurately entered shipping information or items left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe delivery location.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please send an email to hello@saltandsabbath.com along with your order number.

How can I track the status of my order?

You'll receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched, containing your tracking number(s). In case your shipment encounters any issues or doesn't arrive as expected, please reach out to us at hello@saltandsabbath.com, and we'll promptly assist you. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active, with slightly longer times for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii. It's essential to note that the shipping time does not include order processing time.

Why do my items appear different from the pictures?

Please bear in mind that Salt + Sabbath products are handcrafted using organic materials. Variations in color, texture, and finish are expected and contribute to their unique charm.

Returns

We sincerely hope you adore your purchase, but in the rare event that you don't, here's our return policy:

To qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. To initiate your return, please send an email to hello@saltandsabbath.com.

If you decide to return an item(s) to Salt + Sabbath, your return should be within 7 days of receiving the item and may result in merchandise exchange or store credit.

You are responsible for covering the initial shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred on both the original shipment and the return shipment, as well as the cost of returning the package. Please note that this amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Upon approval of your return merchandise, we will process your refund within 7 business days and notify you via email. In the case of merchandise exchange, the new item will be shipped once it's available.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to decline any returns/exchanges that do not adhere to the specified conditions. If your return package is not accepted, it will be returned to you at your expense, and a refund will not be issued.

We take great care in packaging our items to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Upon receipt, please thoroughly inspect your package. Items that appear used or damaged upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. In the event of a damaged item, please inform us immediately, and we will promptly assist you in obtaining a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
